The sun was about to go down at a gravel beach. Staring at the sunset from the bow, I saw the familiar landscape—sky with azure, sea with violet purple, distant white cliffs, and green grass, all lit by the declining sunlight.

​​Our journey was transient yet with a persistent feeling like the alternating seasons. I looked into the remote cities and gained the impression from her description. I believed that I would meet these cities again in the future and pass my memories to new voyagers.

​

“We’ll head back to Thribong, the destination of my journey and the beginning of our connection. I’ve always wanted to tell you that everyone, including us, should discover another hometown for ourselves other than where we were born and raised. This second home can be the place that you’ve visited only once but haven’t dug into every part of its history. That doesn’t matter. You can still fall in love with it and treat it as your comfort zone.
